urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:daybreak914 daybreak914 daybreak914 2008-01-01T23:41:18Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:daybreak914:625 2008-01-01T23:41:18Z 2008-01-01T23:41:18Z <p>After a awful hellish day at work including processing a chemo order, I finally left work at 11:05pm and made it home by 11:40pm.&nbsp; We had enough time to gather a pot and spoon and a bottle of bubbly and scoot outside.&nbsp; At midnight I banged the pot loudly (Brian gave me a pained look due to the noise) and Brian opened the champagne.&nbsp; Sadly, the cork did not shoot out as far as Brian had hoped, but we still shared a glass and toasted to the new year.&nbsp; We even had a few fireworks of our own on one of the near-by mountains.<br /><br />Here's to a better 2008, and peace and joy to continually fill our lives.<br /><br />D</p>
